ATVing 2

This was a beautiful day in September 2004.  This was also the largest group of us so far.

Fourteen were suppose to show up, but we ended up with twelve.

If I can recall, Duane, Steve, Mike, Ward, Punk, Chuck, Ronny, George, Kiddos, Another Mike, Kyle, Katelyn.

We all met over at the cabin at 9:30. Of course some of us were up the night before playing cribbage, some weren't actually playing (bad hands)!!  And of course quenching our thirst on a couple beers.

	We stopped out in front of Gordy's cabin for a group picture.
	One of the first mud holes we found.Steve, Ward and Mike were through, looks like Duane.
	Kiddos coming through on mommies machine.  Being careful not to get it dirty.
	Here comes Mike on a three wheeler.  Those things had a tough time.  I highly recommend his wife...(you know who you are) let him sell those and buy a couple ATV's!!

	The camera man was slipping a little.  Happy hour started at 10:30 and this was about 12.
	This and the above pic are Kiddos.  He really didn't start getting dirty until he picked up Georges sweat shirt that he dropped and tied it to the back of the ATV.  Man did that sweat shirt get it then!!
	This was a fairly deep crossing.  A couple people got stuck going across.  I think George, the three wheelers, Ward and Ronny, but Ronny was playing around.  Oh yea, Punk got stuck trying to go through where Ronny got stuck at.
	This is "The Big Rock"  I have heard many tales and stories that are related to this rock.  The river was up too high for us to walk out to it though.
	Fritz and Daisy's. This is the old garage.  I can remember walking down the driveway with grandpa to get the car out.
	The old house.  Where Duane and Ernie were born.  I also heard about one fight Duane and Ernie got into in the house.
	This was the new house.  It has changed allot since then.  The porch and addition on the side.  The new owner came out and talked to us.  He may have let us tour it, but I didn't ask.

	This is the direction the old out house used to be.  You can still see the old pickup cab that has sat there for years.

	It is hard to believe that someone would do this to their uncle (Kiddos). We all got dirty, but Kiddos was trying to help us...
	The clean up the next day.

	Ward started hosing them off....Hey??  Where did Mike go??? Last time during cleaning he disappeared!!!
	A little target practicing with 22's before we head home from the weekend.

I just want to say that a great time was had by all.  Many beers were drank.  I also want to thank our gals for letting us boys have some play time.  Also to Rita for having a Turkey dinner waiting for us when we returned.  Till next time.....
